Job summary

QT Instruments (S) Pte Ltd, a group company of Lives Group, is seeking a Senior Customer Care Executive in Singapore. You will prepare quotations, manage key account orders, and coordinate deliveries regionally while supporting renewal and growth with the sales team.

You will build strong client relationships, meet sales targets, and utilize Salesforce to track activity and performance. This role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a proactive approach to customer service and revenue

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer care or sales.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and update information in the Sales CRM system.
• Manage Key Account Customers’ daily blanket orders and contracts, coordinating deliveries.
• Ensure orders renewal and continuity with the sales and marketing team.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding needs and providing excellent service.
• Work to meet or exceed team sales targets and generate revenue and profits.
• Maintain detailed selling activity records in Salesforce and report performance to management.
• Assist in preparation and submission of sales tenders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales quotations and update information to the company’s Sales CRM system
• Manage Key Account Customers’ daily blanket orders and contracts including coordinating the local and regional deliveries
• Ensure orders renewal and continuity together with the sales and marketing team
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and keeping them informed of updates and promotions
• Meeting sales targets: Work to meet or exceed team sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company
• Effectively utilise “Salesforce” (CRM software) to keep detailed records of selling activities, maintain an updated customer database, and report on sales performance to management in timely fashion
• Assist in the preparation and submission of sales tenders
• Any other duties assigned by Senior Management team
