Job summary

pilatique singapore pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced trainer-educator to own the design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of our training curriculum and materials.

You will mentor the team and ensure programmes support both instructor trainees and the public. You will lead needs analysis, develop content, and establish effective support processes, partnering with leadership on scheduling and certification standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in building training programmes from scratch and maintaining artefacts.
• Certification in Training and Assessment or instructional design required.
• Strong instructional design ability to translate complex knowledge into teachable curriculum.
• Experience mentoring junior staff in training or coaching roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, or allied health training environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of training programmes from needs analysis to rollout.
• Develop, maintain, and improve training artefacts (manuals, lesson plans, assessments, instructor guides).
• Establish and run user support processes for trainees and instructors.
• Evaluate training quality and refine content based on feedback and outcomes.
• Mentor junior trainers on curriculum delivery and best practices.
• Coordinate with external providers and certifying bodies as needed.
• Partner with leadership on scheduling and certification standards.
