Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field with DACE.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Deep understanding of the SkillsFuture Singapore framework and its application.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with multimedia tools and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience developing online learning materials; government agency collaboration preferred.
