Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a curriculum lead to design learning journeys, materials and assessments aligned to outcomes and competency frameworks. You will ensure learner-centric, industry-relevant solutions following adult learning principles, coordinating with experts and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, quality reviews, pilot runs and continuous improvement driven by learner feedback and business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Business or related discipline.
• WSQ diplomas DDDLP or DACE are required.
• Registered under the TAEPP National Adult Educator Registry with active status.
• Experience in curriculum design, instructional design or learning programme development.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of curriculum projects from design through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Design engaging learning journeys, course materials and assessments aligned to learning outcomes and competency frameworks.
• Develop and maintain TSC mappings and supporting curriculum documentation.
• Partner with Product Managers to define project scope, priorities and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate curriculum developers, trainers and subject matter experts to deliver project outcomes.
• Manage project schedules, resources, risks and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate curriculum reviews, pilot runs and validation activities.
• Work closely with trainers and operational teams to ensure successful programme launches and implementation.
• Conduct regular quality reviews and classroom observations to identify opportunities for curriculum and delivery improvements.
• Analyse learner feedback, trainer insights and business needs to drive curriculum enhancements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education/Adult Learning/Instructional Design/Business

WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)

WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)

Active TAEPP registration (National Adult Educator Registry)
