Job summary

Jump Crypto in Singapore seeks a trader to join a dynamic, quantitative trading environment. You will contribute to researching, interpreting and capitalizing on global markets, executing strategies and supporting the production trading system.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of trading experience, a strong interest in cryptocurrencies, proficiency in Python, Linux basics, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Interest in cryptocurrencies and understanding of currencies/exchanges.
• Ability to write/understand Python scripts.
• Familiarity with a Linux environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with all lines of business and adaptability to priorities.
• Execution of trading strategies.
• Monitor positions and coordinate with clearing/ops to reconcile trades.
• Build and maintain DevOps tooling for production trading system.
• Troubleshoot production trading issues and improve desk processes.
• Learn about quant trading setups and exchange configurations.
• Own team-wide projects beyond day-to-day trading coverage.
