Qualifications

• Experience across multiple global markets and operations.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English working languages.
• Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and execution ability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Establish effective growth strategies by analyzing real business scenarios and market needs.
• Build a user risk control and quality management system and refine risk models.
• Maintain data sensitivity and produce analytical reports to guide product direction.
