Job summary

Decibel Foundation is hiring Growth Partners to lead trader acquisition in key regional markets. This senior, network‑driven sales role for someone who already has the relationships and reputation to bring active, high‑volume traders onto the platform, and wants to be paid accordingly.

You’ll own your market end to end: building a pipeline, onboarding traders through your referral channel, and growing a book whose revenue you share directly.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record with measurable results.
• Existing network of traders or credible plan to build one.
• Native-level fluency in the market language and standing in the trading scene.
• Comfort with performance-based compensation and autonomous market management.
• Integrity and discipline in activity measurement and screening.

Responsibilities

• Own trader acquisition for your region from pipeline to onboarded accounts.
• Leverage your network of traders and communities to drive sign-ups via tracked referrals.
• Build long-term relationships to retain a trading book and sustain activity.
• Recruit and develop sub-partners where appropriate and earn from their revenue.
• Represent Decibel credibly within the regional trading community and funnel feedback to product/BD teams.
