Gravity Team Ltd is expanding its OTC desk to balance supply and demand in crypto markets globally. The role focuses on attracting institutional clients, growing liquidity provision, and selling trading infrastructure to traders.

• At least 2 years of experience in market-making / OTC as a Business Developer or similar role.
• Knowledge of the ins and outs of OTC trading in crypto or forex.
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value partnership deals ($10M+ in deal value).
• Previous experience in OTC product sales and development.
• Extensive network within the crypto industry, including connections with VCs, investors, foundations, traders, and market leaders.
• Network in cross-border payments, remittances considered a plus.
• Someone with a passion for the crypto space and a strategic mindset for driving business growth.
• Fluent English

• Grow our institutional OTC business. Attract customers across tradfi, cross-border payment and crypto sectors. Understand clients' needs and work with the product team to tailor our offering for the target market niches.
• Boost sales for project market making/ liquidity provision, ensuring clients feel thrilled from the get-go.
• Craft and put into action strategies to attract projects in need of market-making services.
• Sell our trading infrastructure and execution to other traders with working strategies
• Build and nurture connections with important players in the crypto world, like VCs, banks, payment processors, other traders, lenders, and exchanges.
• Spot market trends and work with teams and executives to bring new products to the market.
• Manage the accounts of and ensure client satisfaction through the whole lifecycle.

At Gravity Team, we are on a mission to balance the supply and demand across crypto markets around the world.

We’re expanding our operations and are opening up an OTC desk. The desk is built on top of our low-latency proprietary HFT system. It has superior settlement and pricing capabilities in the emerging markets. We plan to offer the OTC services, among others, to cross-border payment and remittance companies. The goal is to disrupt the stagnant cross-border payment industry with crypto solutions.
