Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a Dynamics CRM/365 specialist to plan, design, and implement CRM solutions using C# and .NET. You will gather requirements, build functional specs, and present changes to management.

You will mentor teammates, ensure tested deployments, and provide go-live support across client projects. Requirements include 3–5 years' Dynamics 365 experience, Power Platform skills, and cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent with 3–5 years' Dynamics 365 experience.
• 3+ years experience with Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Portal.
• 3+ years experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in C#, with strong OO programming.
• Experience in Web services development (SOAP/REST).
• Proficient with IIS and version control (TFS).
• Willing to work on implementation and maintenance projects.
• Able to work in SDLC waterfall and Agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and implementations, supporting the client.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional/technical specs.
• Architect and develop CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .Net.
• Provide technical guidance to team and test configurations.
• Prepare training itineraries and materials for end users.
• Manage customer relationships and SLA-based service delivery.
• Assist with project status, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct go-live and post-implementation support.
