Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Dynamics CRM/365 developer in Singapore. You will design, customize, and maintain CRM solutions, translating business needs into technical implementations and building integrations with REST/SOAP services.

The role requires C#/.NET, experience with CRM plugins/workflows, and familiarity with Power Platform and Azure. Collaboration with project teams and ongoing support are essential parts of the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development.
• CRM customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Knowledge of C# and .NET development.
• Experience with REST or SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Azure services is advantageous.
• Understanding of IIS administration and configuration.
• Experience with source control tools such as Azure DevOps or TFS.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to support implementation and maintenance projects.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics CRM/365 solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop CRM plugins, workflows, and integrations using CRM SDK, C# and .NET.
• Build integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure CRM security roles, teams, and processes.
• Support mailbox config, server-side sync, and admin tasks.
• Perform testing, bug fixing, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare technical and deployment documentation.
• Provide post-implementation support and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure successful CRM delivery.
