Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is hiring a CRM Developer to lead Dynamics 365 implementation, maintenance, and integration work. The role involves building CRM portals and back-end services using C# and .NET, and coordinating with the team across layers of the infrastructure.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy CRM solutions, provide training, and support post go-live while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with Dynamics 365 on premise and online.
• 3+ years with Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Portal.
• 3+ years with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in C#, with strong OO programming.
• Experience in web services (SOAP/REST).
• Proficient in IIS setup and configuration.
• Experience with TFS and source control.
• Willing to work on implementation and maintenance projects.
• Experience with SDLC Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements sessions and prepare functional and technical specifications.
• Architect and develop CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .NET.
• Provide onsite support and ensure timely delivery per SLA.
• Train end users and prepare training materials and itineraries.
• Configure and test modules, deploy software, and validate against requirements.
• Manage customer relationships and project status reporting.
• Deliver go-live support and post-implementation assistance.
• Collaborate with team across architecture, development, and client teams.
