Qualifications

• 7–10 years in credit risk analysis and portfolio management, with leverage/acquisition financing.
• Strong credit judgment and expertise in complex capital structures.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality credit applications, reports, risk assessments including comprehensive financial and sensitivity analyses and validation of key assumptions for a portfolio of transactions.
• Distil complex credit structures into clear, concise approvals readable by management and Credit.
• Ensure credit applications and consent requests are circulated, reviewed and approved in a timely manner with high accuracy and no overdue submissions.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (credit department, origination teams) and respond promptly to credit-related queries.
• Engage proactively with CPM team members by providing regular updates and escalating material risks to Team Lead/Head of CPM.
• Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures and compliance standards across the portfolio.
