Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior Credit Risk Officer to oversee the bank's credit risk framework and portfolio. You will lead lending risk management, portfolio performance monitoring, and risk controls in alignment with internal policies and HQ standards.

You will provide independent risk assessment, challenge proposals when needed, support sound credit decision-making, and mentor junior analysts to strengthen the branch's risk posture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in credit risk evaluation or related field.
• Strong financial modelling and credit principles knowledge.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and credit reports.
• Excellent English and Chinese proficiency for HQ communication.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the credit risk framework and portfolio for the region.
• Lead development of risk appetite, tolerance, and limits in line with policies and HQ/regulations.
• Oversee loan credit approvals and reviews to meet risk standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance and quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Mentor junior analysts or officers.
• Handle special projects as assigned by branch manager or HQ.
