Job summary

ABSOLUTE KINETICS CONSULTANCY PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned curriculum development professional to lead the creation and refinement of courseware and assessments. You will work closely with trainers to structure new courses aligned with market demand and regulatory standards.

The role requires solid experience in training/education, strong writing and documentation skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with ISO 29993 and SSG guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Business, or related fields (fresh grads may apply).
• At least 5 years in training/education, L&D, or curriculum development.
• Strong writing and document-structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake development and editing of courseware & assessments, including learner guides, slides, assessments, and instructor resources.
• Co-design and structuring of new courses following market demand and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure audit-readiness of course files, version controls, and trainer records.
• Liaise with Programme Office for submission of course approval/renewal documents.
• Ensure all materials are aligned with SSG/SSG-approved templates, ISO 29993 standards, and AKC's internal quality benchmarks.
• Update and improve courseware periodically based on trainer/learner feedback and regulatory changes.
• Compile course submission documents for approval by SSG or other authorities.
• Conduct benchmarking of competitor courses to stay industry-relevant.
• Prepare and maintain all compliance documentation for WSQ and Non-WSQ courses.
