Qualifications

• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and competency-based training.
• Ability to develop training materials, e-learning content, and assessment tools.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), TMS, and digital learning platforms.
• Knowledge of WSQ, SkillsFuture, and CET frameworks.
• Data analysis skills for training evaluation and reporting.
• Project management and stakeholder coordination skills for learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and competency gap assessments.
• Develop and design staff training programmes, content and learning activities.
• Co-ordinate Security Agencies Competency Evaluation (SACE) preparation and development tasks
• Monitor employee training records, evaluate learner performance and conduct necessary refresher trainings and upskilling programmes
• Support SkillsFuture, WSQ, and Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes.
