Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced curriculum developer to create and refine courseware, assessments, and instructor resources for WSQ and non-WSQ programs.

You will co-design new courses, ensure audit readiness, align materials with SSG/WSQ/ISO standards, and maintain trainer records, with fresh grads welcome for education roles.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in training/education, strong writing and formatting skills, and the ability to work hands-on with trainers.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake the development and editing of courseware & assessment materials, including learner guides, slides, assessments, and instructor resources.
• Co-design and structuring of new courses, following market demand and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure audit-readiness of course files, version controls, and trainer records.
• Liaise with Programme Office for submission of course approval/renewal documents.
• Ensure all materials are aligned with SSG/SSG-approved templates, ISO 29993 standards, and AKC's internal quality benchmarks.
• Update and improve courseware periodically based on trainer/learner feedback and regulatory changes.
• Compile course submission documents (e.g., outlines, lesson plans, assessment rubrics) for approval by SSG or other relevant authorities.
• Conduct benchmarking of competitor courses to ensure AKC remains industry-relevant.
• Prepare and maintain all compliance documentation for WSQ and Non-WSQ courses.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: DACE/DDDLP, Diploma or Degree in Education, Business, or related fields (fresh grads may apply).
• Experience: At least 5 years in training/education sector, L&D, or curriculum development.
• Skills:

2. Familiarity with training standards (SSG/WSQ, ISO, or similar) an advantage.
3. Detail-oriented with good organisational ability.
4. Comfortable working hands-on with trainers and course materials.
