Job summary

NTUC LearningHub PTE. LTD. seeks a Course Developer to create and enhance training curricula for the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) portfolio.

You will design WSQ-aligned and CPD-accredited programs, including those for SIFMA, SCDF, and MOM, ensuring content aligns with current industry trends and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in relevant fields for CET or adult education.
• L&D certifications such as ACLP/ACTA/DDDLP/DACE are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in curriculum development or instructional design in CET/adult learning.
• Solid knowledge of Built Environment/Facilities Management in Singapore.
• Familiarity with SkillsFuture frameworks, SSG funding guidelines and CPD accreditation processes (SIFMA, SCDF, MOM, PEB/IES).
• Strong writing and communication skills with ability to structure complex information for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop WSQ-aligned and accredited courses.

We are looking for Course Developer to create and enhance training curricula for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) portfolio.

Develop learning materials with contents aligning with current industry trends, technologies and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop engaging and impactful learning experiences for adult learners.

Job Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Instructional Design, Education or related fields.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA/DDDLP/DACE.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design or courseware creation in Continuing Education and Training (CET) sector or adult learning environment.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge on Built Environment/Facilities Management industry in Singapore.
• Demonstrate familiarity on SkillsFuture frameworks, SSG funding guidelines and CPD accreditation processes (SIFMA, SCDF, MOM, PEB/IES).
• Possess excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to structure complex information for diverse learner profiles.
