Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Singapore is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management across major construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives are met. You will drive multi-disciplinary collaboration to optimise project value and deliverables.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and oversee invoicing and compliance through project controls. A strong background in Cost-X and lifecycle costing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; people management is a plus.
• Experience in client management and value management, advisory capabilities.
• Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management service delivery for construction projects and ensure cost controls.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to meet cost deliverables.
• Oversee invoicing processes, project compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Develop and implement cost reporting structures and control mechanisms.
• Mentor team members and assist in recruitment and onboarding.
