Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in cost management, preferably with financial institutions background.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead line management and develop cost managers through guidance and performance reviews.
• Act as primary client interface to deliver value-added cost management services.
• Oversee cost reporting, budgeting, and governance across projects.
• Drive cost benchmarks, KPIs, and life-cycle costing for project delivery.
• Coordinate with finance teams for invoicing, variations, and contract administration.
• Manage risk, procurement, and commercial negotiations with project stakeholders.
