Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager/Senior Cost Manager in Singapore to lead cost management for complex construction projects. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure cost control, value engineering and timely reporting.

The role emphasises pre-contract procurement, commissioning management, and robust cost reporting, with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes for major programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects.
• Strong in pre-contract and procurement within data center, high tech manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; experience in people management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of cost management services for construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives are met.
• Lead cost management project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee invoicing processes and project compliance through D-365.
