Job summary

Neste Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Development Engineer to lead early phases of refinery capital investment projects, conducting technical and business evaluations and guiding pre-study and feasibility work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations and capital investment projects within oil refining, petrochemicals, or similar industries.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and EQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of refinery capital investment projects from concept to feasibility.
• Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up planning for smooth transition to operation.
