• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates to support project budgeting and planning
• Price bills of quantities accurately for tender submissions and conduct value engineering to optimize costs
• Manage and maintain contract documentation to ensure compliance and clarity throughout project execution
• Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and resolve cost-related issues promptly
• Prepare cash flow forecasts to assist in financial planning and project cash management
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to estimate costs, material quantities, and project timelines, ensuring projects remain on track
