Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited is seeking a Corporate Banking Manager to deepen relationships with multinational clients and drive revenue growth across product lines in Singapore. The role requires expert knowledge of CIB products, credit, risk management and regulatory standards, with a focus on delivering tailored financing solutions and superior client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large client relationships and driving business growth across large conglomerates across varied sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate & Institutional Banking products and services, Credit & Lending and Credit Structuring, Trade and Structured Trade, Markets & Cash management products.
• Strong credit, analytical and financial skills with attention to detail.
• Expertise in managing negotiations with clients as well as internal stakeholders across wholesale market and credit risk, credit capital management, operations, etc.
• To keep abreast of external factors influencing international business e.g. economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory developments and requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leverage HSBC's global relationships across geographies to expand large client portfolios.
• Drive revenue growth and wallet share with sector leads and product partners.
• Identify new business leads and build trusted advisor relationships with client decision-makers.
• Maintain regular contact with Global Relationship Bankers and stakeholders to grow revenues while upholding integrity.
• Ensure sound credit quality and asset growth while managing returns.
• Coordinate with in-country Relationship Managers, Credit Risk, Legal, and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Demonstrate commitment to excellence, combining relationship management with risk assessment.
• Understand and comply with Know Your Customer, AML regulations and related standards.
• Deliver fair outcomes for customers by acting with integrity and professional standards.
