The role requires strong credit and commercial acumen, multi-jurisdictional experience, and the ability to drive collaboration across matrix organisations.

Qualifications

• +Relevant experience in corporate banking, commercial banking or client coverage.
• +Knowledge of Corporate Banking solutions, with strong Commercial acumen and credit skills.
• +Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive alignment among stakeholders.
• +Experience managing complex or multi-jurisdictional client relationships would be an advantage.
• +Excellent team player with strong interpersonal, sales and communication skills.
• +Good understanding of financial crime, conduct and credit-risk responsibilities within a first-line environment.
• +Experience working across a matrix organisation and coordinating stakeholders across products, functions or countries.
• +Promote a strong risk culture in which commercial opportunities are pursued responsibly and decisions are properly documented.
• +Escalate emerging credit, conduct, financial crime or reputational risks promptly and appropriately.
