Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a Digital Transformation & Engineering Operations Intern to support site maturity and digital evolution initiatives at our Singapore campus. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Materials Science, Advanced Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support IQ and material development builds for IN718 and Ti64 AM processes, including post-processing execution.
• Participate in second-source supplier qualifications for metal powders, tracking sampling, chemical analysis, and test data across the evaluation lifecycle.
• Assist in evaluating, designing, and testing additive manufacturing builds for thermal spray masking applications.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to facilitate licensing, site maturity improvements, and 3P layout execution.
• Collaborate on business simulations, advanced metallurgical characterization, and AS9100 audit preparation.
