Pratt & Whitney Singapore Component Repair invites engineers to join the CORE program, driving continuous improvements across production operations. You will deploy CORE and digital transformation initiatives, using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline workflows and data capture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering with 2–4 years experience or fresh graduates welcome.
• Systems aptitude to learn MES/ERP quickly and handle large data.
• Strong project coordination skills with ability to track timelines and documentation.
• Attention to detail to prevent master data errors that can stop production.
• Experience with MES like Solumina G8 (iBase-t) or similar systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Data skills with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in Aerospace, MRO, or high-mix manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive deployment of CORE principles across operations to achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery goals.
• Serve as CORE Champion and provide training and support to cross-functional teams.
• Support CORE projects to align with site improvement roadmap and business objectives.
• Lead root cause analysis sessions using CORE tools (5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Support CORE Control Room operations and process maturity initiatives.
• Foster continuous improvement and share best practices across SPS and transformation programs.
• Coordinate resources and facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and Lean Six Sigma activities.
