Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced Control‑M Administrator to manage and support the enterprise Control‑M environment. This hands‑on role covers upgrades, automation, and API integrations across Linux, Windows, and AS400 platforms.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience with Control‑M, strong scripting skills, and a track record of automation using APIs and IaC tools. You will collaborate with IT teams and participate in on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience administering BMC Control‑M in enterprise environments.
• Experience independently executing Control‑M platform and agent upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of Control‑M Enterprise Manager, Server, Agents, scheduling concepts, and troubleshooting.
• Experience using Control‑M Automation API and REST APIs for automation and integration.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting (Bash); PowerShell a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer BMC Control‑M Enterprise Manager, Server, and Agents across environments.
• Execute upgrades, migrations, fix pack deployments, and agent upgrades with validation and rollback planning.
• Manage platform configuration, agent connectivity, access controls, housekeeping, and availability.
• Support high availability, DR configurations, failover testing, and recovery procedures.
• Automate tasks, health checks, and deployments using Control‑M Automation API and scripts.
• Build integrations with REST APIs and internal/external services; develop custom job types.
