Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced Control-M Administrator to join our IT operations team. The role focuses on installation, administration, and maintenance of Control-M components and infrastructure, with responsibility for batch automation design and performance optimization.

You will work with application teams and project managers to design complex batch workflows, integrate with SAP/ERP systems, and provide Level 2 production support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in Control-M administration and enterprise workload automation.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and application services.
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP, databases, and integration with scheduling platforms.
• Experience providing Level 2 support and troubleshooting production issues.
• Ability to manage operational activities and coordinate with stakeholders during migrations and planned activities.
• Experience leading or supervising technical support and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, administer, and maintain Control-M components and infrastructure.
• Create and maintain scheduling definitions; design complex batch automation with application teams and PMs.
• Analyze procedures, information systems, and utilities; troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Integrate Control-M with SAP, ERP, and databases.
• Provide technical support to controlled systems; analyze user requirements and problems.
• Provide control run support during migration and planned activities.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to staff members.
