Job summary

CORNERSTONE GLOBAL PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Control-M Administrator to own the Control-M platform, its health, integrations, and automation initiatives in Singapore.

You will partner with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to ensure stability and reliability of scheduling services. The role covers upgrades, configuration management, 24x7 production support, and cross-functional collaboration, including incident management and DR readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Control-M Enterprise Manager, Servers and Agents.
• Experience with upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
• Knowledge of Control-M HA/DR concepts.
• Experience with Control-M Automation API.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Scripting skills: Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting.
• Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience with integration support and API troubleshooting.
• 24x7 production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Control-M Enterprise Manager, Servers, and Agents.
• Manage configurations, security settings, and system administration.
• Monitor server health, agent connectivity, and platform availability.
• Configure calendars, resources, alert thresholds, and escalation policies.
• Perform upgrades, patching, hotfix deployments, and lifecycle management.
• Post-upgrade validation and issue resolution.
• Platform performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot platform-level incidents.
• Manage HA/DR and failover activities.
• Coordinate with BMC Support for issues and escalations.
• Develop and maintain platform documentation and SOPs.
• Maintain and support existing Control-M integrations and monitoring alignment.
• Validate changes and perform testing after integrations/upgrades.
