Job summary

EM Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to support tendering, contract administration and project coordination for construction projects. You will work with Clients, Project Manager and Consultants to prepare tender documents, evaluate bids and compile contract papers, ensuring timely, compliant execution and smooth project delivery.

The role requires meticulousness, proactivity and a team orientation, with ad-hoc duties as assigned to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, construction, building, or quantity surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with procurement processes and contract administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of works for construction projects in collaboration with Clients, Project Manager and Consultants.
• Prepare and compile tender documents.
• Conduct tender briefing / site show round.
• Call and close tenders / quotations.
• Evaluate tenders and quotations and prepare tender/quotation reports.
• Prepare draft Letter of Award.
• Compile Contract Agreement for Client’s execution.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
