Job summary

EM Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Tender/Contracts professional to manage procurement for construction projects. You will prepare post-tender cost analyses and work with clients, project managers and consultants to secure favorable tenders.

Responsibilities include compiling tender documents, conducting briefings, evaluating quotations, drafting Letters of Award, and preparing contract agreements for execution.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering/construction or Quantity Surveying.
• At least 10 years' experience with PSSCOC and SIA contracts.
• Experience on local public projects and strong MS Office skills.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building/ Quantity Survey or equivalent;
• Possesses at least 10 years of working experience in projects adopting Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC), SIA Building Contracts;
• Relevant experience in local public projects;
• Well versed in Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Effective communicator
• Meticulous, proactive and a team player and have a keen sense of timeliness in completing tasks
• Strong in verbal and written communication skills.
