Job summary

CPG Facilities Management is seeking a contracts professional to manage and prepare contract documentation for tenders and projects in Singapore. You will provide expert advice, administer contracts from bidding to award, and oversee monthly payment claims and final accounts with thorough back-up.

The role requires a degree or diploma in engineering/building facilities/contract fields and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including new builds and A&A contract management, along with strong

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in engineering, building facilities, contract or related field.
5 years relevant work experience, with knowledge in new build projects and A&A contract management.
Proven track record and good attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and prepare contract documentation/schedules and provide professional advice for tenders/projects.
Perform contracts administration: prepare specifications, issue tenders, conduct site show rounds, evaluate tenders and recommend for award.
Prepare monthly payment claims and final accounts with complete back-up for projects.
Evaluate and carry out joint measurement on Contractors’ claims for Work Orders and prepare accurate payment claims.
Review existing contracts to address client requirements and suggest improvements.
Oversee project cost budget and cash flow, track changes and update budget projections.
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
