Job summary

TAHLIA WATERS HR CONSULTING LLP in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveying professional to assist the QS Manager and supervise a team of QS staff on live projects. You will oversee day-to-day contractual functions and ensure timely delivery while prioritizing workload to maintain backlog management.

Responsibilities include monitoring claims, valuations, and contractual accounts, ensuring compliance with PSSCOC and company SOPs, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, HDB, and other

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of work experience in QS and contract administration.
• Knowledge of claims, valuations, contractual accounts and variation orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QS Manager and supervise assigned QS staff.
• Oversee the day-to-day QS contractual functions and ensure timely delivery.
• Allocate workload to maintain backlog and workload management.
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of claims, valuations, and contractual accounts.
• Ensure compliance with PSSCOC, SOPs and relevant contractual requirements.
• Monitor outstanding contractual matters and drive timely resolution.
• Prepare and submit monthly QS reports including project status, risks and outstanding matters.
• Provide guidance and support to QS staff on contractual and QS matters.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, HDB and other relevant stakeholders.
• Escalate contractual, operational, and performance issues to management.
• Support process improvements and other assignments as required.
