STAFFHUB GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor to guide the QS team in achieving project and financial goals through robust contract management and cost control. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders to ensure value and risk mitigation across high-value construction programs.

Responsibilities include leading contract administration, cost estimation, and process optimization, with a focus on efficiency and strategic collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Engineering or Quantity Surveying required.
• Proven experience in major LTA project preferred.

• Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and relevant construction software
