PeopleSearch is seeking a Contracts Manager to join a major MRT project in West Singapore. You will be responsible for the contracts on the project and will lead a team of Senior QS and QS, reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager.

You will oversee all contractual and commercial matters from start to finish, manage procurement, variations, claims and final accounts, monitor costs and cash flow, and resolve disputes with the client and subcontractors.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in QS/Contracts within construction.
Proven experience leading a team of QS and Senior QS.
Strong knowledge of Singapore contracts and commercial practices.

Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, extension of time and final accounts
Oversee subcontract procurement, tendering, negotiation and award
