Unison Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive Senior Associate / Junior Analyst for the Contract Management team. You will oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensure strict compliance with DBS procurement standards, and support baseline financial modeling to optimize contract value during negotiations.

You will coordinate with Legal, Risk, Business Units, and Vendors to drive timely sign-offs, maintain contract records, and analyze the financial impact on department budgets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Law, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of basic financial modeling and contract valuation.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to drive cross-functional stakeholder sign-offs

• Perform contract oversight and ensure compliance with internal procurement requirements, governance policies, and banking regulatory standards.
• Review contract terms and identify operational risk or discrepancies; conduct financial validation to support negotiations.
• Assist in evaluating financial terms to ensure cost optimization and alignment with budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Business Units, Vendors) to facilitate timely contract sign-offs and manage execution workflows
