Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contract management, commercial analysis, or financial administration is preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to support contract negotiations and budgeting.
• Proficiency with contract administration systems and procurement platforms is essential.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities to sign off on contracts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor active contracts through their lifecycle and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and banking standards.
• Review terms and perform basic financial validation to support negotiations and budget alignment.
• Engage with Legal, Risk, Business Units, and Vendors to drive timely contract sign-offs and resolve queries.
• Input and maintain contract documents in procurement systems, and keep renewal/expiry dates up to date for audit readiness.
