Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a contract reviewer to assess customer and supplier agreements, identifying commercial, legal and compliance risks, and to provide comments that support negotiations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal and Finance, maintain contract records, and help improve templates and review processes to ensure efficient execution of agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of commercial contract terms including liability, indemnity and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented, commercially minded and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess customer and supplier contracts, identifying commercial, legal and compliance risks.
• Provide contract comments, recommend risk mitigation and support negotiations in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders to facilitate contract reviews, approvals and execution.
• Maintain accurate contract records, track outstanding actions and elevate significant risks or non-standard terms.
• Support continuous improvement of contract templates, review processes and guidelines.
