Job summary

Unison Consulting is seeking a proactive Senior Associate / Junior Analyst to join the Contract Management team in Singapore. You will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring DBS procurement standards are met, perform baseline financial modeling to support negotiations, and coordinate stakeholder management across business units.

The role requires 4+ years in procurement or contract management, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, law, or related field.
• 4+ years in procurement, contract management or financial admin (banking context preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organized work style.
• Experience with contract systems (e.g., SAP Ariba) is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination across units.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate / Junior Analyst to join our Contract Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with DBS procurement standards, executing baseline financial modeling to support contract value negotiations, and driving seamless stakeholder management across business units.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate / Junior Analyst to join our Contract Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with DBS procurement standards, executing baseline financial modeling to support contract value negotiations, and driving seamless stakeholder management across business units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Oversight & Compliance

• Perform close monitoring of active vendor and operational contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance with internal procurement requirements, governance policies, and banking regulatory standards.

2. Contract Review & Financial Validation

• Review contract terms and conditions to identify operational risk or discrepancies.
• Conduct validation and simple financial modeling for contract values to support commercial negotiations.
• Assist in evaluating financial terms to ensure cost optimization and alignment with budget allocations.

3. Stakeholder Management & Execution

• Actively follow up and liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Business Units, and Vendors) to facilitate timely contract sign-offs.
• Address and resolve administrative queries related to contract execution workflows.

4. System Administration & Financial Impact

• Accurately process, ingest, and manage contract documentation into internal procurement systems.
• Maintain clean contract database records to support auditing, reporting, and tracking of renewal/expiry dates.
• Analyze and understand the overall impact of contracts on financial statements and department budgets.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, commercial analysis, or financial administration (banking/financial services context preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Law, or a related discipline.
• Core Competencies:
  • Solid understanding of basic financial modeling and contract valuation.
  • Proficiency with contract administration and enterprise procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to drive cross-functional stakeholder sign-offs
