Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Prefer Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Legal related degrees.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to draft and review complex contracts with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while protecting the firm's interests.
• Manage tendering and contract administration across projects.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with project teams and clients.
• Maintain contract records and manage variations and disputes.
• Integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Provide contract advice to stakeholders and assist with tenders.
