Job description

Responsibilities

• Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm’s interests.
• Allocating resources effectively and ensuring high performance across contract administration and tendering functions.
• Assuring construction projects meet agreed legal, regulatory and company standards.
• Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters.
• Attending site meetings to monitor progress, acting as the main point of contact for site and project managers.
• Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
• Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives.
• Managing construction schedules and dealing with any unexpected costs.
• Monitor and complete contract close‑out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.
• Provide contract‑related issue resolution, both internally and externally.
• Communicate contract‑related information and provide advice to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with tenders and commercial bids on behalf of Micron.
• Integrates AI‑assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Legal related degrees preferred.

Experience

• Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong project management skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in written communication.
• Proficient in drafting documents with clear articulation.
• Strong contract modelling software skills with contract management, procurement or legal experience.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
• Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio.
• Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints.

Workplace

• Travel required – Yes.
• You may be assigned to manage/support projects in Taiwan, Japan, China, Singapore or Malaysia.
• If assigned, you may be required to travel to those countries.
