Job summary

You will identify risks, ensure compliance, and manage tendering and contract administration to support high-performance outcomes. The role requires strong negotiation, drafting, and project-management skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and contract modelling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Legal Related Degrees.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in drafting documents with clear articulation.
• Robust MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Manage contract administration, tendering and procurement processes.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with site/project managers and stakeholders.
• Support tenders and commercial bids; implement AI-enabled enhancements where appropriate.
