Job summary

The role focuses on risk mitigation, tender support, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards while coordinating with global teams.

You will liaise with legal, technical, and financial staff, manage schedules, and participate in site meetings. Travel to Taiwan, Japan, China, Singapore, or Malaysia may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Strong ability to identify contractual risks and propose mitigation.
• Proven capability to manage tendering, procurement, and contract close-out processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Robust skills in MS Office and contract management software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while protecting the firm's interests.
• Coordinate resources and ensure performance across contract administration and tendering.
• Attend site meetings and act as the main contact for site and project managers.
• Support tenders and commercial bids with accurate contract input and data.
