MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

You will identify risks, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with legal and company standards. The role requires strong negotiation, project management, and excellent written communication, along with experience in contract modelling software and MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher is required or preferred.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm's interests.
Allocate resources and ensure high performance across contract administration and tendering functions.
Assure construction projects meet legal, regulatory and company standards.
Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters.
Attend site meetings to monitor progress and liaise with site and project managers.
Coordinate with third parties to clarify roles and responsibilities.
Liaise with technical and financial staff, subcontractors, legal teams and client's representatives.
Manage construction schedules and handle unexpected costs.
Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal as appropriate.
Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally.
Communicate contract-related information and provide advice to stakeholders.
Assist with tenders and commercial bids on behalf of Micron.
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with standards.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
