Qualifications

• Proficient in drafting documents with clear articulation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm’s interests.
• Manage contract administration, tendering, and record-keeping.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project managers and legal/financial teams.
• Assist with tenders and commercial bids for Micron.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality.
