Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, PMO or similar roles.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives in Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end projects with multiple workstreams.
• Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead process transformation, automation, and business improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee UAT, defect management, and business sign-off processes.
• Track benefits, productivity improvements, and savings realization.
• Provide management reporting and escalation when needed.
• Support regional project coordination across countries and business units.
