Job summary

C & S Combine is seeking a capable site supervisor in Singapore to support the Project Director or Project Engineer in daily execution, supervise subcontractors and in-house workers, and coordinate with site operations to meet the project schedule.

You will ensure installations follow drawings, monitor progress and workmanship, and participate in toolbox talks to communicate clear instructions and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope.

• Site supervision and coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director/Engineer in daily execution of work.
• Supervise subcontractors and in-house workers to ensure alignment with schedule.
• Coordinate with site operations staff to meet project timelines.
• Ensure installations comply with construction drawings.
• Monitor progress and quality of workmanship on site.
• Attend toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions.
