Job summary

C&S COMBINE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced site supervisor to assist the Project Director or Project Engineer in daily execution and to supervise subcontractors and in-house workers.

The role requires close collaboration with site operations staff to ensure the project schedule is met. You will ensure installations follow construction drawings, monitor progress and workmanship quality, and attend daily toolbox meetings to convey clear instructions.

Qualifications

• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Project Director or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
