Job summary

BEST CONSTRUCTION SERVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, supervise workers, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

You will ensure safety compliance, monitor quality and progress, prepare daily reports, manage site cleanliness, attend client meetings, and resolve day-to-day site issues.

This role requires practical leadership on construction sites in Singapore and a hands-on approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workers.
• Ensure work is completed safely and on time.
• Check work quality and site progress.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and management.
• Ensure workers follow safety rules and site procedures.
• Prepare daily work and progress reports.
• Check materials, tools, and equipment at site.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with the client.
• Solve day-to-day site issues.
• Ensure the site is clean and properly maintained.
• Work out quantity & submit daily report of site
