Job summary

SIANJANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking aSite/Construction Supervisor to plan, organize, and supervise daily construction activities on site.

You will liaise with RE/RTO to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with contract specifications, and inspect works to uphold standards. You will also oversee housekeeping and safety measures, manage manpower and equipment reporting to the Project Manager, and ensure environmental, safety, and health policies are followed, including

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction/Building or related discipline.
• Positive personality and good team player.
• Meticulous and responsible.
• Able to multitask and meet tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.
• Liaise with RE/RTO representative regarding standard of workmanship and quality control.
• Liaise with RE/RTO representative for inspection of site works.
• Organize and supervise housekeeping and safety implementation.
• Control material wastage and productivity of workers.
• Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.
• Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.
• Follow up and implement logistics planning set out by Planning Manager.
